I am experienced navigator and ship-handler (retired Coast Guard officer) with a national Naval master diploma and OOW internationally recognized diploma and over 24 years experience of seagoing service. For Ukrainian Coast Guard I had been obtaining numbers of different positions and promotions as a Commanding Officer of different types of patrol boats, finished my career as a chief of operations & training cell in Principal HQ of the Coast Guard (Kiev). After retirement I made 2 contracts as a Second Mate (both safety and navigator duties) aboard multipurpose and container vessels. Looking forward to get a new job in Maritime (Offshore) sector as a deck officer. Hope to fit any company expectations with high level of professionalism.
